Kate Lawrence, Mayor, City of Brighton

Kate has served as a municipal official with the City of Brighton since 1993. She served as mayor pro-tem from 1995 - 1999, as mayor from 1999 - 2005 and again from 2007 - present. Kate is the current treasurer on the MML Foundation Board and former president of the MML and has completed Level III of the Elected Officials Academy. She serves on the Brighton Area Fire Authority. Additionally Kate is involved in the community as a rotarian and serves on the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce Board.
