Penny Hill, Village Manager, Village of Kalkaska

Penny has more than 18 years experience in municipal government, serving as the village manager of Kalkaska since February 2008. Prior to that she was the manager for Ontonagon for five years. She acts as a liaison between the MML Board of Trustees and the Northern Michigan Public Service Academy (NMPSA), currently serving as the vice-chair of NMPSA. Penny is currently a trustee on the board of the Michigan Local Government Manager’s Association and is a member of the Ontonagon/White Pine Rotary Club and Ontonagon Historical Society.
