Brad Heffner, City Manager, City of Ithaca

Fourteen years as a municipal official. Brad has been Ithaca's City Manager since 1997. He has served as an MML Legislative Director and chairs the Water and Environment Committee. He holds a Juris Doctorate, is a member of ICMA, MLGMA, Rotary International, Gratiot Area Chamber of Commerce and other civic organizations.
